By entering into the free prize draw (the Prize Draw) each entrant agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions set out below (the Prize Draw Rules), our Privacy Policy, our Cookies policy and any other requirements set out in the material accompanying the promotion (together referred to as the Terms and Conditions).
What is the prize draw?
Earnr is giving one lucky winner £1,000 to put towards their tax bill (or to receive in cash).
How can I enter?
Submit a Self-Assessment tax return (for the 2021/22 tax year) using the Earnr app between by 30 April 2022 23:59 BST. By doing the above you will have earned one (1) entry into the prize draw. You will then receive an email confirming your entry.
Am I eligible?
The Prize Draw is open to all UK residents aged 18 years or over (including existing Earnr customers).
Employees of Earnr, their families, agents and anyone else connected with this promotion shall automatically be excluded from entry to this Prize Draw.
How does the Prize Draw work?
The winner will be selected at random from all submitted tax returns on 2 May 2022.All entries must be received by 23:59 BST on 30 April 2022 (the closing date)
What happens if I win?
An email will be sent to the winner of the prize on 3 May 2022.
For the £1,000 Prize Draw:
The Prize Draw proceeds will be come due and payable to the winner on 31 May 2022 and will be paid into the (chosen) bank account of the winner.
The prize is non-exchangeable and non-transferable.
You may be required to take part in a post Prize Draw publicity (with the use fo your name and photographs in such publicity and you agree to such use).
Other conditions I should be aware of?
If the Prize Draw cannot go ahead, or is delayed or cancelled, or Earnr stops operating the Prize Draw, Earnr will not be liable to any entry and will not compensate them for the loss or chance or otherwise.
Earnr accepts no responsibility for any entries that are incomplete, illegible, corrupted or fail to reach Earnr by the Closing Date for any reason.
Earnr reserves the right to amend, withdraw or restrict the Prize draw and its promotion at any time and without notice.
Earnr reserves the right to disqualify an entrant whose entry does not comply with the Terms and Conditions or where an entrant has acted in a manner that is fraudulent, dishonest or unjust to other entrants including, without limitation, tampering with he operation of the Prize Draw, hacking, deceiving, cheating or by harassing or threatening other entrants.
The Terms and Conditions and any promotion material are governed by English law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction on the courts of England.
